SYSTEM ENGINEERING DESIGN
Our engineering team provides detailed engineering design services based on structured process approach. During this phase, MESS prepares engineering package which includes the technical specifications, design briefs and calculations, basic engineering and detailed engineering drawings. The design of the system is carried out in accordance with local standards and international best practices and includes the electrical interface with the distribution grid and mounting structure of the solar modules.in addition, mess provides engineering review and coordinate all vendor drawings and perform technical reviews as well as detailed bill of quantities (Bog).
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING
Upon finalization of system installation, a combined inspection shall be undertaken to assess completeness and readiness of installed equipment for turnover to commissioning.The Commissioning Team will move to the Project site when the installation of solar system has reached the state where its members can perform serious inspection activitiesto ensure the system is performing as expected.
TRAINING
MESS provides a basic level of knowledge and hands-on training course covering monitoring, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the solar system. This training will be provided to present the foundation necessary for the personnel to be able to understand the detailed system as well as provides step-by-step instructions necessary to operate the system. The training will be conducted after the testing and commissioning phase and includes all the necessary training equipment.
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
At MESS, we inspect and maintain your entire PV System from the module level to interconnection to ensure optimal performance and maximize system uptime. Operations & Maintenance Services plan includes;Site visits, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, condition-based maintenance and other maintenance services.
